Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items marked as final sale, lingerie, bodysuits, accessories, or custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
